FW/1 0.6.6 adds two new examples

hello6 is a new example to show how request context data can be automatically preserved across a redirect and was added in response to a user question about the FW/1 redirect() method.

UserManagerAJAX is an updated version of Javier Julio's simple user management demo that leverages jQuery to provide a richer in-page user experience but also show how you can degrade gracefully when JavaScript is disabled. Nice work Javier!
